We use a 90% Spanish product to cook our dishes. Our ingredients are KM 0 to make sure of their integrity and freshness. We use seasonal ingredients and we avoid chemicals or related.
Our purchasing department keeps in touch with the livestock farmers, fishers, mushroom pickers, etc. to follow the traceability of the product.
